Why the passphrase portal for existing ETPS user cannot open yet?

We are sorry, we have opened the passphrase portal to redeem passphrase from June 2018 until April 2019 (10 months) for DDK Core 1.0 running. And we cannot open when Main-Net is live to AVOID any SECURITY PROBLEM that the passphrase MIGHT LEAK when DDK has already been LIVE MAINNET and connect REAL TIME to exchanger on April 2019. 

Also, to ensure that only real asset owners are eligible for the claim, we will need to make some security upgrades to the portal where the passphrase takes place. This is because, once the DDK is successfully launched into the exchanger, we want to ensure that only the real owners are eligible to take the passphrase. There are several questions and surveys will be added to the portal to facilitate the process.
