When will the passphrase portal re-open for existing ETPS user to redeem first passphrase?

The estimated time of re-open passphrase portal will be after the launch of DDK Core 2.1. 

This is because we DO NOT want to risk any security for current running CORE 1.0 until NEW SECURITY platform to distribute the passphrase SAFELY ready in CORE 2.1 with Asset Issuing (Smart Contract)
